We know you want your yarn fast! We ship packages daily, Monday through Friday. Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Domestic US customers

We offer UPSP Priority Shipping and UPS Ground, when necessary.  Your shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your purchase and your distance from our shipping location in Cedar Park, TX.

USPS Priority Mail
Offers a very low shipping rate which is useful for shipping lighter packages.

UPS (made available when USPS is unavailable)
Offers low rates on heavy packages which is useful if your quantity is large enough.

International customers

We offer USPS International Shipping!  Choose between First-Class International and Priority Mail International.  Your shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your purchase and your distance from our shipping location in Cedar Park, TX. 

First-Class International
This is rate-based shipping which takes longer but is usually more affordable. 

*Please note:  First-Class International Mail does not include delivery tracking.  Also, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase insurance for packages.  AnnieAmelia.com cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.*

Priority Mail International
This is flat rate shipping which is more expensive but quick!

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases from AnnieAmelia.com.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, unopened (with tags in place), unused yarn or products may be returned at the customer's expense for store credit for six months from the original purchase date. Shipping charges on exchange purchases will apply.

*Sweetcase monthly mailers and other discounted items are considered non-returnable.*

Returns must include:
- a copy of the shipping invoice
- the customer's name
- shipping address
- phone number
